Important Update: ExploreLearning and Learning A-Z Integration

We are pleased to announce an an important update regarding the operational integration of two of our businesses, ExploreLearning, LLC (“ExploreLearning”) and Learning A-Z, LLC (“Learning A-Z”), which are affiliated companies under the common control of our parent company, LAZEL, Inc.
About This Integration
ExploreLearning and Learning A-Z are trusted leaders in K-12 educational technology. By integrating our business operations, we can deliver a broader, more impactful suite of solutions focused on making teaching easier, learning more fun, and outcomes stronger in the subjects that matter most.
What This Means for Our Customers
Unified Support Model
As of October 15, 2025, authorized team members from both ExploreLearning and Learning A-Z will work together to support the products and services we provide. This integrated approach allows us to serve you more effectively while maintaining our commitment to data privacy and security.
Data Management
Your data—including information about educators and students—may be accessed by authorized and trained personnel from both companies, as well as by trusted third-party service providers who support our operations. All access follows applicable data privacy laws and our internal policies to ensure your information remains protected.
We will continue to handle your data in accordance with existing contracts, relevant privacy and data protection laws, and our privacy policies.
Purchasing and Account Management
- Through December 2025: Continue working directly with your ExploreLearning or Learning A-Z account representative for purchases and information.
- Beginning January 2026: You will be able to access product and service offerings from both ExploreLearning and Learning A-Z through a dedicated account representative.
Existing Contracts
All existing contracts remain in full force and effect. Upon renewal or purchase of any new product or service, your vendor of record may change. Please contact your account representative if you need additional information to update your vendor records.
