Larger districts seeking long-term success with Gizmos often rely on the services of an ExploreLearning Project Manager to provide customized services designed to ensure the initial and ongoing success of Gizmos in the classroom.

Format

Getting Started: In year 1, the Project Manager works with school system leaders to plan the implementation and provides onsite and remote support to ensure success.

Building Capacity: In year 2, the Project Manager continues to work with district leadership and with schools directly while establishing of a local team of Gizmo trainers.

Sustaining the Implementation: In years 3 and beyond, the Project Manager continues to be available onsite and remotely to support long-term sustainability.

As a shorter-term alternative, Onsite Consultation Services are also available on a daily rate basis.
